Bob's
Success Tips
Nutrition and exercise are big
parts of his life and he's also a great believer in setting goals. In
fact, every year he takes time out to decide on his goals. His system for
achieving these is based on what he calls the 'success triangle'.
At the top are his goals. He visualises these with passion and dreams
about them often. Then there's the faith and belief that he will achieve
them. This is also fired with enthusiasm to ignite him to action.
Finally, he persists until he succeeds - never giving up until he has
accomplished his desires.
Bob believes that you can have anything you want if you want it bad enough
and sees no reason why a happy and rewarding life should be beyond
anyone's grasp. He's obviously doing something right, because he has the
results to prove it.
