"Before I went on the Educo seminar I was quite successful, business was doing OK, but I was working very very hard,  I'd be exhausted when I came home  and I hadn't got much left over for my wife and kids and other aspects of my life.  I was coming up to 40 and I knew there had to be something else, there was something missing in my life.  So then I went on this seminar. When I got there, I brought all these business objectives with me because I was still thinking I need to build up this business even more.  Within 2 days I realised - No - what I really wanted was freedom, just the freedom to be me.  Not to be caught up in all this cult of effort if you like,  just to actually be able to relax and be me as the Dad or be me as the business man.

So I come back from the seminar thinking this is fantastic.   There was a particular contract I'd been chasing for five years, really trying to get this contract and within 2 weeks of coming back, they contacted me, a few contractual negotiations, I had it wrapped up in 3 months, that's 1.2 Million punts.  To me it was like, I had been trying to get that, and I couldn't get it.  Now in a much more relaxed state it just sort of came to me and it was much more easily done.  Since then it's been the same throughout, the business has doubled, my own working environment is so much more relaxed but I think most of all I'm just much happier.

So I come home, I'm really home, I'm not working so many hours and yet the business has doubled.  I have more time to devote to the kids to Harriet my wife and also to myself.  So before I go [to the Educo seminar], I'm stressed out, anxious, working day and night and getting to a certain level.  I come back, I'm much more relaxed, working a lot less and much more successful in all the aspects of my life."
